Val di Serra dei Benaci
Our rental accommodation supports the cultivation of a vineyard typical of the Cinque Terre named Val di Serra dei Benaci. The Benaci, an original Riomaggiore family dedicated to agriculture, had in Tommaso Bonanini (1912-1988) not only one of the last direct cultivators in the area but above all a tireless promoter and founding member of the Cinque Terre Agricultural Cooperative (formed March 31, 1973) which still operates under the guardianship of the D.O.C. 5 Terre brand.
Grapes grown in this vineyard for the 5 Terre Agricultural Cooperative contribute to the production of a limited number of bottles (annual average 5466) named Costa de Sèra
